Finance | Director

As Director of Finance at Pepper Home, you will lead the company’s finance function through its next stage of growth, overseeing financial planning, forecasting, cash management, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll serve as a key strategic partner to the leadership team, using financial analysis and modeling to evaluate major business decisions, identify opportunities, and support sustainable growth. You’ll also work closely with external accounting partners to ensure Pepper has accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and scalable processes.

You will be responsible for managing the company’s budgeting and long-range planning processes, monitoring cash flow and working capital, and analyzing inventory, COGS, and product-level profitability. From improving accounts payable and vendor payment workflows to evaluating financing opportunities and building stronger reporting systems, you’ll play a critical role in establishing the financial discipline and infrastructure needed to scale the business. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and equally comfortable developing sophisticated financial models, managing hands-on finance operations, and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Content Creation | Senior Associate

As a Creative Senior Associate at Pepper Home, you will create compelling photography and video content across our website, social media, paid media, and broader marketing channels. You’ll lead the production process from concept through final delivery, including developing shot lists, shooting, filming, editing, and preparing assets for launch. Working closely with the marketing, social media, and ecommerce teams, you’ll help shape the visual caliber, consistency, and distinct point of view of the Pepper Home brand.

You will be responsible for capturing product photography and supporting video, creating and testing platform-specific content for Instagram and TikTok, and ensuring visual assets are accurately represented across our ecommerce experience. You’ll also organize and maintain our library of photography, video, UGC, and press assets while staying current on emerging content trends and bringing new creative ideas to the team. The ideal candidate is visually driven, highly organized, and equally comfortable behind the camera, in the editing process, and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced creative environment.

 Design Service | Associate

As a Design Service Associate at Pepper Home, you will help customers confidently bring their spaces together by providing thoughtful, personalized guidance throughout the pre-purchase process. You’ll consult with customers on pattern mixing, fabric and wallpaper pairings, measurements, and product combinations, using your design instincts and product knowledge to help turn ideas into completed orders. Through calls, emails, mood boards, and tailored product recommendations, you’ll play an important role in delivering the elevated, approachable design experience that defines Pepper Home.

You will be responsible for managing Design Help inquiries, creating visual mood boards, recommending swatches and products, and following up with customers as they make purchasing decisions. You’ll also provide backup customer service support across email, phone, SMS, and chat, assisting with order updates, returns, damages, and general troubleshooting when needed. The ideal candidate is warm, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a natural eye for interiors and the ability to balance consultative selling with exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment.
