I ordered several fabric swatches before picking Daphne Cream and it’s even more gorgeous in the full length panel. I added the velvet trim to the side and that little extra touch makes it that much more special. It was a splurge purchase for sure but so happy I did.
Curtains are gorgeous and fit perfectly in our space. We have ordered complimentary pillows that were suggested on the website to go with the curtains also. We have gotten so many compliments!
I bought 6 panels for three windows in a nursery. The entire nursery design and color palette came from the curtains and the sample arrived very quickly. The fully constructed curtains and the trim were beautiful and I was excited to get them. Here is why I have a 4 star (and honestly maybe 3.5 stars):
1) I ordered the panels with a length of 99” based on my ceiling height, hardware etc. All of the panels were 100” and now don’t fall correctly on the floor which is really disappointing and frustrating for how much I spent on the panels.
2) for the cost of the curtains, it’s clear these were made during a busy time after their semi-annual sale. One panel had none of the hooks in it to then hang the curtains and equal sized panels had different numbers of hooks and a different number of pleats
3) there was virtually no customer service or proactive communication. To understand order status, I had to email and sometimes chase an email. The time estimates weren’t accurate at all from placement of order to when I received it. The package requires a signature (which I was totally fine with since it was expensive) and it was just dropped on the doorstep. Now perhaps the final delivery cannot be controlled by the company, but for the price of the product, they should be much clearer on production times.
Overall I would still order these, but for the price I would expect at a minimum the dimensions to be exactly what I requested to fit my space. Now I have to have them either…
