What pillow sizes do you offer?
Square (18", 20", 22"), Euro (26" x 26"), Bolster (8" x 24"), Petite Lumbar (12" x 21"), Midi Lumbar (16" x 24") and XL Lumbar (19" x 47").
I want to create a pillowscape with multiple patterns. How do I know what matches?

What size pillow should I get for my couch?

How do I decide which piping is right for my pillow?

How do I wash my pillowcase?
Our custom pillows should be dry cleaned or spot treated only, unless they're one of our performance fabrics. You can lightly steam cases to remove wrinkles–excluding velvets. We recommend using a velvet brush for our velvet fabrics.
What kind of dyes are used to print your fabric?
Our natural-fiber fabrics are digitally printed using fiber-reactive dyes, a more environmentally conscious alternative to pigment dyes. Our fabrics are also made without PFAS.
What is the makeup of your inserts?
Our inserts, available for purchase with your pillow case, are 95% duck feather and 5% down fill.
What size are the inserts that come with the pillow?
Our stuffers are 2” larger than the size of the pillow. For example, a 20” pillow will use a 22” insert.
If I purchase just the pillowcase, what size stuffer should I get?
Pepper’s inserts are designed for a full and plump look. If you are using your own insert, select one that is 2" larger than the pillow case. For example, if you purchase a 26” x 26” pillow cover, select an insert measuring 28” x 28”.
What is the lead time for custom pillows?
Our pillows are made in the USA and ship in 2 weeks. Embroidery requires 1 additional week to process. We ship via FedEx with a tracking number included.
What is the pillow return policy?
Our pillows are FINAL SALE as they are custom and made-to-order. Pillows cannot be exchanged or returned. We offer fabric swatches so you can experience our fabrics in person before purchasing. If you choose to embroider your pillow, please review your selections carefully, as we embroider exactly what is entered. Once an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window to make any changes.
What thread colors do you offer?

What is the character count for embroidery?
You can add a name, date, or phrase if it's 15 characters or less! If your text does not fit in that box, unfortunately, we cannot embroider it. When the text gets too long, we compromise the quality of the embroidery. *Note that our four text styles can be used in all caps, lowercase, or title case. As long as your name or phrase is 15 characters or less, it will fit on one of our embroidered pillows perfectly!
Can I add embroidery to a Margot pillow?
No, due to the thickness of the Margot fabric we cannot offer embroidery for this pattern.
