What pillow sizes do you offer?
Square (18", 20", 22"), Euro (26" x 26"), Bolster (8.5" x 24"), Petite Lumbar (12" x 21"), Midi Lumbar (16" x 24") and XL Lumbar (19" x 47").
I want to create a pillowscape with multiple patterns. How do I know what matches?

What size pillow should I get for my couch?

Can I order a swatch of the pillow fabric before I purchase?
Yes! You can purchase 6x6” fabric swatches here.
Can I order a pillow trim sample before I purchase?
Yes! You can purchase samples here.

How do I wash my pillowcase?
Our custom pillows should be dry cleaned or spot treated to prevent shrinkage.
What kind of dyes are used to print your fabric?
Our digital print operation is set up to print natural fiber fabrics with fiber reactive dyes. Fiber reactive dyes are more environmentally friendly than pigment dyes. In addition, there are no PFAS on our fabric.
What is the makeup of your inserts?
The optional insert is 95% duck feather and 5% down fill.
What size are the inserts that come with the pillow?
Our stuffers are 2” larger than the size of the pillow. For example, for a 20” pillow will have a 22” insert.
If I purchase just the pillowcase what size stuffer should I get?
Pepper’s inserts are designed for a full and plump look. If you are using your own insert, select one that is 2" larger than the pillow case. For example, if you purchase a 26” x 26” pillow cover, select an insert measuring 28” x 28”.
What is the lead time for custom pillows?
Our pillows are made in the USA and ship in 10 days. Embroidery requires 1 additional week to process (17 days total).
What is the pillow return policy?
Our pillows are FINAL SALE as they are custom and made-to-order. They cannot be exchanged or returned. We offer fabric swatches so you can try before you buy. If you choose to embroider your pillow - please review your selections, as we embroider exactly what is entered. Once an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window to make any changes.
What thread colors do you offer?
See our embroidery thread options below. These were selected to coordinate with our pillow trim.
What is the character count for embroidery?
You can add a name, date, or phrase if it's 15 characters or less! If your text does not fit in that box, unfortunately, we cannot embroider it. When the text gets too long, we compromise the quality of the embroidery. *Note that our four text styles can be used in all caps, lowercase, or title case. As long as your name or phrase is 15 characters or less, it will fit on one of our embroidered pillows perfectly!
