Shipping & Returns

Your piece ships in 6 weeks from North Carolina. All furniture ships via Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery—select your service at checkout:

  • Threshold Delivery: Furniture is delivered to the first dry, secure area
  • White Glove Service: Includes in-room delivery, assembly and removal of packaging materials

Beds will arrive in 2 boxes—headboard and rails. Platforms will arrive in a separate box from the headboard and rails.

As furniture is made-to-order, it is FINAL SALE (see full Return Policy). The customer takes full responsibility for ensuring items fit in their space (Measurement Guide).

    Great looking bed

    This bed is just a striking in person as in the pictures. It arrived weeks earlier than the original shipping date, which was great. They forgot the bolts, and Pepper Hulme overnighted them the next day.
