The order process was super simple and my curtains were delivered within a week of ordering. I absolutely love the look of the curtains. One thing I would note is that the curtain calculator does not take into account that the curtains hang from rings, so they will hang an inch or so lower than the rod. I wanted my curtains to just barely graze the floor but they puddle an inch or so since I did not factor in that the top of the curtains would actually hang an inch or so below the curtain rod. They still look great though and some people prefer some puddling for a more dramatic feel.
